Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Billing and Technical Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their billing, account, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up actions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and expertise
  • Adhering to blithequark's policies and procedures, including those related to data security and confidentiality

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least six months of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or work-from-home environment
  • Possess strong computer knowledge, including the ability to accurately type at least 30 wpm and familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology
  • Have high-speed internet access meeting the following speeds: download ≥10, upload ≥3, Ping ms Apply for this job
