Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, you will play a vital role in serving and supporting our growing client base. You will receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn six figures within your first year – all from the comfort of your home. Our team works exclusively with warm leads and members who have already requested benefits information, ensuring a high level of engagement and a clear path to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with union members and working-class families via Zoom to understand their needs and preferences

• Present benefit options tailored to each client's needs, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions
• Educate clients on life, health, accident, and income protection plans, empowering them to make informed decisions
• Provide top-tier customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain accurate records using a CRM platform, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with team leaders
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in weekly performance meetings to drive growth and improvement
• Grow into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance, taking your career to the next level

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000 to $150,000+ annually (uncapped commission + performance bonuses), providing a lucrative income potential

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration is a plus, but not required
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
