Job Summary

As a Contact Center Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other channels. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers, resolving complex issues, answering questions, and exceeding customer expectations. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Researching and resolving complex issues related to products, services, rates, terms, fees, and applicable regulations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Providing accurate and timely information to customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies
  • Adhering to blithequark's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as all relevant laws and regulations

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other channels

  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems in a timely and professional manner
  • Research and resolve complex issues related to products, services, rates, terms, fees, and applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, both verbally and in writing
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies
  • Adhere to blithequark's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, as well as all relevant laws and regulations

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 18 months of customer service or related experience
  • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Proven time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Experience interacting positively with unsatisfied customers
  • Good communication skills, including speaking clearly, articulately, and accurately while using a pleasant tone and common conversational courtesies
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

  • Experience working in a contact center environment
  • Knowledge of financial products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
