Job Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of customer care professionals to achieve efficiency objectives and identify opportunities for sales growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of customer care professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
• Developing a positive team culture that focuses on delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligning with blithequark's mission and values
• Implementing adherence to blithequark's policies and procedures among all team members
• Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
• Maintaining office and display area standards in accordance with the brand, ensuring team members comply with blithequark's dress code and training policies
• Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs, consistently seeking ways to reduce expenses

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding objectives
• Self-motivated business leader with exceptional management and training skills
• Dedicated and moral approach to sales and sales activities
• Ability to foster collaborative relationships as a well-respected and trusted partner
• Excellent time management and organized and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
• Valid driver's license required
