As a Customer Support Coordinator, you will play an essential role in delivering excellent support by addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires strong communication, solid problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. You will act as the voice of Amazon, assisting with orders, deliveries, returns, and product details, while supporting Amazon’s mission to be the most customer-centric company on Earth. Role and Responsibilities: In this role, you will provide responsive and professional support to meet customer needs. Core responsibilities include:
  • Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email.
  • Assist with orders, refunds, returns, account settings, and product information.
  • Manage escalated issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Leverage internal tools to investigate and resolve problems in real time.
  • Adhere to service standards and company guidelines.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
  • Work with managers and team leads to share feedback, track patterns, and improve processes. Required Skills and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to use multiple systems.
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Strong organizational and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote positions. Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centers.
