Security Clearance: None/Not Required The Coralville Top Level team is in search of a Industrial Engineer. This role will primarily support the development and deployment of manufacturing processes related to a high volume automation line. What You Will Do - Review technical drawings to develop work instructions for assembly operators - Generate Standard Work documents and process controls for individual assembly processes. - Drive root cause analysis of manufacturing defects. - Documentation of assembly non-conformances and deviations from standard processes. - Continuous Improvement initiatives to drive waste and cost our of our processes. - Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals.

Qualifications

You Must Have - Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a STEM degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and 3 years experience.

Qualifications

We Prefer - Working knowledge of electronics manufacturing processes. - Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies. - Experience or knowledge of Statistical Process Control, Gage R&Rs, Capability Studies, Design of Experiments (DOE) or other quantitative continuous improvement tools. - Experience with Solidworks or other 3D Modeling software. - Experience with Python, VBA, or other programming languages. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
