Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Ticket/Gate Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Greeting and assisting passengers with their ticketing and baggage check-in processes
- Ensuring seamless boarding and gate announcements
- Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts (up to 70 pounds)
- Operating loading bridges and securing aircraft doors
- Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
- Scheduling and working a variety of shifts, including early morning and overnight hours

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

- Be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
- Proficiency in English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills using appropriate grammar, tone, and pronunciation

- Pass a physical ability test (PAT) and Customer Service Assessment
