Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring that our passengers receive timely and effective support.
  • Assisting customers with booking reservations, managing existing bookings, and providing flight information, ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Addressing customer concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed expectations and build long-term relationships with our customers.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate as necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of blithequark policies, procedures, and services, ensuring that our customers receive accurate and relevant information.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and care.

Working Hours

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the option to work full-time or part-time. Rotating shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, ensuring that our customers receive support 24/7.
