What You'll Do in This Role

As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention and satisfaction
  • Explain products and services to up-sell and cross-sell to new and current customers
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
  • Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
  • Assist in resolving billing concerns and delivering expert customer experiences
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and/or Call Centre experience is beneficial)
  • A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and computer applications (including Windows-based applications)
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
