What You'll Do in This Role
As a Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention and satisfaction
- Explain products and services to up-sell and cross-sell to new and current customers
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
- Assist in resolving billing concerns and delivering expert customer experiences
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Your Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer service experience (Retail, Restaurant, and/or Call Centre experience is beneficial)
- A High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and computer applications (including Windows-based applications)
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week
