As a Customer Success Associate at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our students achieve their career goals. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome and onboard new students, ensuring a seamless start to their learning journey

• Track individual student progress across multiple cohorts, identifying areas for improvement and maximizing completion rates
• Provide additional guidance and support to students at risk of dropping out or deferring, ensuring they stay on track
• Collect reviews and referrals from students, using this feedback to continuously improve our learning experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our platform and services, maintaining daily trackers and using tools like Google Sheets and CRM
• Communicate with students through various channels, including calls, email, direct message, video, and more
• Mentor and motivate students, connecting them to guidance coaches and career coaches as needed
• Serve as the single point of contact for all student queries and concerns

Requirements:

* 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles

• Proven experience building out and tracking information in Excel and/or data collection
• Experience working in operations, performance coaching, and/or program management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management and Information Systems (OMIS), or other related field is a plus
• Availability to work evenings PST with some morning meetings PST (US Hours)
