Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Strategy Consultant in our Customer Value Advisory Finance & Risk team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banking clients, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape client value propositions and drive strategic initiatives.
- Translating complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps, leveraging your analytical skills and technical expertise to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, delivery, and architecture, to deliver complex transformation programs and drive business growth.
- Supporting client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions, to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Contributing to internal capability building and team development, sharing your expertise and experience to help our team grow and succeed.
- Bringing thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance, and risk management, helping to shape our finance and risk transformation offering and drive business growth.
- Helping to define and evolve our finance and risk transformation offering, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive business outcomes and client satisfaction.
Job Location
This is a remote-first role, based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia, or Romania. Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients and colleagues, but we offer the flexibility and autonomy to work from anywhere.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 2-3+ years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally with a strong analytical foundation.
- Proven experience in banking, with a solid understanding of industry dynamics and banking business models.
- Strong tech affinity – comfortable working with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms.
- Experience across both strategic change initiatives and operational finance and risk environments (e.g. controlling, data & analytics, reporting, planning).
- Familiarity with transformation programs, including process / operating model design and system implementation.
- Risk management experience is a plus.
- Experience with finance software, especially SAP and SAP Fioneer, is a plus.
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
