Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity, with a minimum duration of 12 months.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues, including insurance resolutions and benefit verifications
  • Making outbound calls to customers, including doctors' offices and clients as necessary
  • Data entry and multitasking to ensure efficient case resolution
  • Working closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meeting daily task handling targets and quality, productivity targets to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Demonstrating analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Adhering to established policies, procedures, and compliance to ensure satisfactory audit ratings

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • 12+ months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, internal teams, and external partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and meeting quality, productivity targets
  • Ability to adapt to changes in processes and updates in a dynamic environment
  • Strong "Can do" attitude and positive outlook
  • Ability to seek feedback and use it to grow and improve performance

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the ITES/BPO/KPO/Customer Service/Operations industry

  • Good proficiency in English language
  • Computer literate, with the ability to work with different programs and screens with the customer on the line
  • Exposure to business domain is an added advantage
  • Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
