The Role

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will shape the customer experience. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information, demos, and training to customers
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or subject matter experts as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and service level agreement (SLA) targets
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, support, or a related field

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong product and service knowledge, with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proficiency in CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with blithequark's products and services
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
