Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in shaping the way we interact with our customers. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating customer experience strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and retention. This is a part-time remote opportunity, ideal for individuals who value flexibility and autonomy. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement customer experience strategies that align with blithequark's business objectives

  • Conduct customer research and analysis to identify trends, preferences, and pain points
  • Design and deliver customer experience initiatives, including workshops, training programs, and events
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer experience projects
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform experience design and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience

Essential Qualifications

* 3+ years of experience in customer experience, customer service, or a related field

  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful customer experience initiatives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform experience design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with customer journey mapping, user experience design, and service design principles
  • Strong understanding of customer experience metrics and KPIs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or flexible work environment

  • Familiarity with customer experience tools and technologies, including CRM systems and customer feedback platforms
  • Certification in customer experience, customer service, or a related field (e.g. CEM, CXC, or CSAT)
  • Experience with design thinking and human-centered design principles
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media channels
