Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Homesite Insurance

As a key member of our customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for Homesite-CONNECT customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their service issues, requests, and account information.

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with customers, advisors, and relationship partners to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. Your expertise will be essential in developing an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service, and troubleshooting simple usability issues.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and driving results in a fast-paced environment

  • Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone
  • Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service
  • Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners
  • Work closely with customers, advisors, and relationship partners to resolve service issues, requests, and account information
  • Collaborate with coaches to process requests and ensure prompt resolution
  • Gather and enter relevant information to ensure prompt resolution

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience providing customer-focused solutions or support

  • Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer service or support role in the insurance industry

  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
