Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team. Key Responsibilities

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a virtual environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency with computers and various software applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
