Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Engineer at blithequark, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and cloud applications that support our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, design solutions, and implement data-driven insights that drive decision-making. Your expertise in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development will enable you to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop large-scale data pipelines and cloud applications using various technologies such as Java, Scala, Python, and SQL
- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to identify business needs and design data-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes to support business operations
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure to design and deploy scalable and secure cloud applications
- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and other software components to support data integration and exchange
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data engineering and cloud applications
- Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to ensure high-quality code and design
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud computing, and software development
- Strong background in programming languages such as Java, Scala, Python, and SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes
- Experience with API design, microservices, and software development
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
