As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence.

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of innovative and impactful strategies through our strategic partnerships to drive business growth and credit & fraud risk control excellence
  • Supporting the Enterprise Data Strategy throughout the customer lifecycle via data-driven and risk-based total principles
  • Analyzing present and new data assets to identify opportunities to optimize our data solutions & purchases and address business needs
  • Reviewing and displaying data quality, integrity, and freshness
  • Analyzing present data to develop metrics aimed at providing robust controls and insights
  • Collaborating with new data and existing partners to identify new data opportunities and enhance present data change processes
  • Closely partnering with colleagues across CFR Data Strategy, Product Owners, Compliance, CFR Risk Strategy, CFR Fraud Strategy, and Decisions Science
  • Supporting the team with third-party relationships management and adherence to blithequark's Third Party Lifecycle Management program
  • Having consultative skills capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and global environment

Competencies and Experience

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrixed organization to deliver solutions at high speed
  • Ability to manage and lead large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Good communication and influencing skills with the ability to translate data and analytics into business insights and recommendations, conceptualize, and promote ideas
  • Strong technical skills to perform data evaluation, analytics, and matrices tracking/reporting
  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, Spark, SAS, and familiarity with big data and cloud environments
  • Experience in an economic services company in data or process function
  • Knowledge of Credit Risk and/or Fraud Risk standards, practices, or external Credit or Fraud Risk data assets preferred
  • Master's Degree or higher required, concentration in a quantitative discipline preferred
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under fluid environments
