Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk with blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Entering data into various systems, databases, records, and files with accuracy and efficiency
  • Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Summarizing data for standardized reports, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
  • Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on minimizing errors and maximizing productivity
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • The ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data, if required
  • Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a high level of autonomy and independence
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and data analysis

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Data Entry Clerk experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Excel/Filing experience: 1 year (Required)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data entry errors
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and precision in data entry tasks
