Job Responsibilities
As an Experienced UNiD Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and updating surgical schedules to ensure seamless coordination between hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants
- Collaborating with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to design patient-specific implants, leveraging your expertise in medical case management and surgical scheduling
- Collecting patient radiographic images from various sources, ensuring timely and accurate transmission to engineers for review and analysis
- Relaying case information to engineers in a timely manner, facilitating effective communication and collaboration
- Clinic, hospital, and patient account management, including scheduling and implant verification, to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of patient information
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, medical technology, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
- 2+ years of medical case management experience, with a strong understanding of medical technology and healthcare solutions
- Experience as a surgical scheduler, with a proven track record of coordinating complex surgical procedures
- Experience as a research coordinator, with a strong understanding of research methodologies and data analysis
