As a Customer Service Specialist – Government and Corporate Affairs at blithequark, you'll be a vital member of our Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell air travel on blithequark, while also providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Promote and sell air travel on blithequark to government and corporate clients

  • Prepare itineraries, compute fares, issue refunds, and prepare and issue tickets
  • Answer inquiries regarding general travel information and resolve customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner
  • Communicate with customers over the phone when researching passenger complaints, advising of cancelled or delayed flights
  • Communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience/training + Excellent leadership, organizational, and customer contact skills + Knowledge of Native SABRE + Ability to be resourceful and creative at immediate problem resolution + High level of initiative, exercise good judgment, and be dependable + Satisfactory attendance required

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in customer service or sales + Knowledge of the airline industry + Familiarity with CRM software + Bilingual or multilingual skills
