Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients, ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Performing credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
  • Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
  • Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details
  • Performing additional duties and tasks as required by blithequark

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role (a plus, but not required)
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Great written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to support a work-from-home setup, with a reliable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
