Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Product Analyst to join our team and support the development of a new decision analytics organization. As a Business Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in defining and articulating business requirements, providing program/project planning and management, and driving change across multiple stakeholder groups. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement a systematic and data-driven approach to demand management analytics, centralizing and consolidating insights and facts to enhance business decision making.

Responsibilities

As a Business Product Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that business priorities are visible, established, and communicated
  • Working with minimal management supervision to maintain progress and accomplish project goals
  • Building and leveraging solid working relationships with stakeholders
  • Demonstrating analytical, organizational, and planning skills
  • Knowledge of standard program and financial management techniques
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Performing other duties as assigned
  • Working knowledge of data analytics tools and environments, including but not limited to PowerBi, SQL, and Azure

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
  • Experience with data integration and business intelligence applications
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • QDM Certification is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems and/or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment
