Daily Responsibilities: • Pioneering the servicing of Amex Savings and Reward Checking Accounts that will lead the way in evolving American Express' servicing strategy • Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to Banking customers • Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests • Supporting Customers with Banking transactions and funds inquiries • Respond and resolve customer inquiries around rewards and redemption • Integrity: Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices Minimum Qualifications • Banking Experience • Minimum 2 Years of + Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty • Exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment • Technical proficiency to manage chats and multiple applications at the same time • Excellent written and verbal communication skills The hours of operation will fall within a 24/7 environment. This role is hybrid at our Campus in Sunrise, Florida. Salary Range: $20.00 to $22.75 hourly + bonus + benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition.
