Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time, evening and weekend shift. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our clients. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions
As a Virtual Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat interactions
- Building strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond accordingly
- Proactively resolving customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining a high level of energy and productivity, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices through ongoing training and development
- Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 4 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals
- Office experience in the following industries is a plus: Home Inspection, Carpet Cleaning, Maid Service, Handyman
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
- Knowledge of CRM software and other sales and customer service tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
