As a Part-Time Administrator, Route Process, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution center by performing pre-settlement and cashiering duties. Job Summary This part-time position requires candidates to be open to a 4PM-8PM Monday through Friday work schedule (20-24 hours per week). As a Part-Time Administrator, Route Process, you will be responsible for performing pre-settlement and cashiering duties in our distribution center. You will review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork, run daily route status reports, and ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork. You will also perform cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposit, counting full-service cash, and finalizing handheld computer reconciling items.

Key Responsibilities

Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork to ensure accuracy and completeness Run daily route status reports to verify that all delivery routes have settled Ensure proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.) Perform cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposit Count full-service cash and finalize handheld computer reconciling items Conduct 10% Driver Audit as required by Internal Control Research Mail Checks, print backup, and code in Payment Manager Maintain Missing Documents Log and driver compliance, cash reconciliation, and driver deposit log Review settlement exception reports and resolve issues Work with warehouse inventory personnel to resolve SAP issues Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Some college preferred Experience in a cash room environment preferred Ability to sit for extended periods (80%), bend, walk, and kneel Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a distribution center or logistics environment Knowledge of cash handling and payment processing procedures Experience with handheld computers and SAP systems Skills and Competencies Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems Analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages LLC, we are committed to investing in our people and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
