What We're Looking For
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our part-time remote team as a customer support representative. Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound phone calls to potential clients to collect survey data, requiring drive, determination, and effective communication skills.
- Professionally handle objections to ensure survey completion, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to overcome challenges.
- Accurately enter review reactions into our framework, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Participate in daily and weekly coaching sessions, team meetings, and group discussions to stay up-to-date on best practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
- Collaborate with our team to achieve campaign objectives, demonstrating a proactive and go-getter attitude.
Essential Qualifications
* Prior work experience in a high-volume, high-quality environment in customer service, sales, or survey support.
- Ability to think quickly and effectively respond to changing circumstances, using your problem-solving skills and creativity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely to answer survey questions and record responses.
- Ability to type quickly for data entry, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
