As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for customers, proactively solving their problems and turning enquiries into sales. You will work remotely, using your own laptop and internet connection, and have the flexibility to choose your own hours, with a minimum of one weekend day per week. Our freelance rate is £15 to £17 per hour, and we offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers, proactively solving their problems and turning enquiries into sales
  • Responding to email, chat, and social media using the customer support platform, Zendesk
  • Finding opportunities to turn enquiries into sales
  • Raising game issues with the Game team to be fixed
  • Following established processes and guidance to meet Customer Support objectives
  • Working remotely, using your own laptop and internet connection

Availability Requirements

We are looking for someone to work a minimum of one weekend day per week, with the potential for an additional shift per week. Customer support shifts are 8 hours long, and you will need to have a modern laptop and a good internet connection.
