Job Summary

We're seeking a reliable, confident, and customer-focused Customer Success Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building long-term relationships, and driving customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time role requires a proactive individual who is enthusiastic about helping others, managing inquiries, and finding solutions to drive customer success.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Support:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Relationship Management:

Build long-term relationships with customers to understand their needs and promote retention. Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess satisfaction and usage.

Problem Solving:

Utilize critical thinking and research skills to diagnose issues and offer personalized solutions to customers, enhancing their overall experience with our products and services.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues using our CRM tools. Generate reports to highlight trends and areas for improvement.

Collaboration:

Work closely with other team members and departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Operations) to relay customer feedback and assist in developing strategies for customer retention and satisfaction.

Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on blithequark's product offerings and services, gaining a strong understanding of how they can benefit our customers. Conduct training sessions for customers when necessary.

Feedback Loop:

Actively solicit customer feedback and share insights with the team to inform product enhancements and service improvements.

Sustainability Advocacy:

Promote our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility in interactions with customers.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in healthcare or technology.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
