Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer calls, conducting telephone screening, and engaging in positive interactions to effectively meet the needs of our customers. This is a 100% work-from-home opportunity for individuals living in the state of Texas.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 18 years of age or older

  • Eligible to work in the US
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Ability to pass a background check

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment
