What You'll Do

As a Customer Success Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels. You'll address a variety of concerns, including:

  • Booking assistance
  • Flight information
  • Loyalty program inquiries
  • General support

Your primary goal will be to provide accurate information regarding blithequark's services, policies, and procedures, ensuring that our customers can navigate their travel experience seamlessly. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Effectively troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues promptly
  • Continuously striving to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional service that aligns with blithequark's brand values

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy
  • Provide accurate information regarding blithequark's services, policies, and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues
  • Continuously strive to exceed performance targets and deliver exceptional service

Requirements:

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace conducive to remote work
