Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of blithequark, handling a wide range of calls (inbound and outbound) that include:

  • Order and delivery of equipment
  • Scheduling
  • Pick-up
  • Maintenance or changes in service
  • Providing expert assistance as a liaison between patients/care-givers, business clients, drivers, and operations
  • Promoting health and wellness by guiding patients through their healthcare journey and offering resources and information to ensure they receive the best care
  • Documenting interactions and keeping accurate records of customer communications for follow-up or reporting purposes

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or GED: Required
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle each call with professionalism, even in high-stress situations
  • Flexible Schedule: Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate on-call rotation
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish): A plus, but not required
  • Ability to Operate in a High Volume, Fast-Paced Work Environment: Adherence to established metrics and ability to multitask
  • Reliable Internet Connectivity: Not a mobile hotspot
  • Experience Operating in a Similar Remote Capacity: Preferred

+ 10 hour shift + 8 hour shift + Day shift + Evening shift + Holidays + Monday to Friday + Night shift + Weekends as needed
