Responsibilities

As a Customer Support & Sales Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth through inbound calls and chat support. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from existing customers regarding sales inquiries, product information, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing solutions to customer concerns and escalating complex issues when necessary, ensuring that customer satisfaction is consistently met or exceeded.
  • Managing the support chatbot using HubSpot to ensure timely and accurate responses, enhancing the overall customer support experience.
  • Processing orders, tracking customer inquiries, and following up on pending issues to ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Collaborating with other team members to enhance the customer support experience, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer needs, even in challenging situations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer support or sales, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot for managing chatbot and customer interactions, with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism, maintaining a positive and respectful tone.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Availability to work between 8:30 PM PST and 4:00 PM PST, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
