Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner.
  • Maintain high call productivity and quality scores, exceeding minimum standards.
  • Develop and utilize in-depth knowledge of blithequark's Retail, Online Banking, Mortgage, and Business products to effectively address customer needs.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Meet established guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell financial services and products, enhancing customer relationships and driving business growth.
  • Adhere to applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and guidance, including anti-money laundering requirements.
  • Comply with blithequark's policies and procedures, completing required training and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Identify and report suspicious activity, contributing to a secure and compliant environment.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in retail banking or residential loans.
  • Strong computer knowledge and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on verbal communication and active listening.
  • Good typing, spelling, and written communication skills, as you'll be interacting with customers via email.
