• Position: Experienced Cargo Airline SA-227 Pilot in Command (PIC) - COMMUTABLE Position
• Start Date: Immediate openings available
• Compensation: A competitive salary with a total annual compensation package of approximately $150K-$160K/yr, including a base annual salary of $90K and a $500/rev trip bonus (averaging $60K-$70K/yr)
• Location: Remote/COMMUTABLE (with flexible scheduling and relocation options)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a SA-227 PIC with Workwarp, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Operating the SA-227 aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and program/corporate policies and procedures
• Ensuring the safety of flight crew members and providing exemplary customer service
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including air traffic control and maintenance personnel
• Assisting with loading and unloading freight, and noting and communicating aircraft deficiencies for maintenance review and correction
• Performing flights during day, night, and all weather conditions, and being able to adapt to changing circumstances
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications and requirements:

• Commercial Pilot License with multi-engine land and instrument rating OR Airline Transport Pilot License
• Current Instrument Proficiency Check
• English proficiency
• Minimum age of 18
• FAA Medical: First Class
• FCC Radiotelephone Operator Permit
• Current Passport
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and maneuver around aircraft
• Successful completion of pre-employment DOT drug screening and other required background checks
• Ability to obtain an airport SIDA badge

SA-227 Specific Requirements

In addition to the essential qualifications and requirements, you must also meet the following SA-227 specific requirements:

• SA227 Type rating
• 1500 Hours TT (total time)
• 1000 PIC (pilot-in-command) hours
• 250 ME (multi-engine) hours
• 500 XC (cross-country) hours
• 100 Night hours
• Part 135 or 121 experience, familiarity with company aircraft, and/or previous cargo experience highly preferable

Schedule and Work Environment

• FULL-TIME SA-227 PIC Schedule: 20 days on/10 days off per month
• PART-TIME SA-227 PIC Schedule: 10 days on/20 days off per month
