Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing support through live chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and effectively
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints in a fair and empathetic manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
