Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in our Healthcare Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing solutions to their problems. Your excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to create positive experiences for our customers and clients.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Listen actively to understand customers' needs and concerns
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  • Use multiple systems to navigate and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements

* High school diploma, GED, or college degree

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type 25 WPM
  • Keyboarding and software proficiency
  • Great problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively multi-task
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • Successful completion of background check required for this position

Preferred Qualifications

* Customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • Experience with healthcare-related software and systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Equipment and Workspace Requirements

* We will provide you with a computer and equipment

  • You will need a quiet and dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection
  • You will need to be able to work independently with minimal supervision
