Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our partnering clients with data visualizations, analysis, reporting, and management requirements. As a Data Analyst at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for working through mid-to-complex problems with limited oversight, leveraging your technical skills and interpersonal abilities to deliver exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex data visualizations and reports using Tableau, Snowflake, and SQL
- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve processes and services
Essential Qualifications:
- Data Analyst Background: 3+ years of experience in data analysis, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reporting principles
- Tableau Skills: Senior-level skills in Tableau, with the ability to create complex data visualizations and reports
- SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- JavaScript and Python: Experience with JavaScript and/or Python programming languages
- Snowflake Experience: Experience working with Snowflake, with a strong understanding of its capabilities and limitations
- Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with other data analysis tools, such as Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib
