MMC is seeking to identify candidates that meet the following: High OverviewJob Title: Application Support - TECH 1 Location: REMOTE - WORK FROM HOME MUST LIVE WITHIN 70 MILES FROM SAN ANTONIO, TX Start date: 05/02/2023 Pay Rate: $12.00 JOB DETAILS REQUIREMENTS  Use the appropriate designated work instructions, and other instructions, to execute critical and routine tasks.  Retrieve documents and data from authorized, databases to perform routine tasks that may include data entering new information, validation of data, corrections or updates to existing information, and documentation of findings.  Accurately data enter all appropriate information in multiple eligibility and tracking systems.  Follow extensive work instructions and prescribed department procedures to make timely and accurate selections in the processing of transactions.  Determine if an image requires an appointment to be rescheduled.  Meet individual and unit performance goals and standards as defined by management.  Attend and successfully completes job related and industry specific systems and policy training as required to perform the duties of the position.  Review and analyze discrepancies in data received, requests clarification and effectively raises queries to the team supervisor to resolve uncertainties and questions that arise from executing the task. Qualifications:  High School Diploma or GED Equivalent  Experience working in a health or human services call center  Knowledge of the community to be served  Ability to follow directions  Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a variety of people; cultural  Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills  Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment  Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; ability to work as a team member, as well as independently Apply Job!Â
