Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and concerns. Resolve issues related to orders, returns, payments, and account settings promptly. Provide accurate product and service information to customers. Utilize Amazon’s tools and resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems. Document customer interactions in the system for future reference and process improvement. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a distraction-free workspace. Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support. Familiarity with Amazon’s products, services, and platforms. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
