As a Screening Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients and their customers. About the Role

As a Screening Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing savvy and responsive assistance to our clients and their customers, whatever the task or channel
• Juggling multiple responsibilities with various timelines and working efficiently in multiple Chrome tabs
• Being detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Collaborating with our team to provide exceptional service and support to our clients
• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Google Chrome and other web-based applications
• A reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Knowledge of customer service software and systems
• Experience working with diverse populations and communities
• Fluency in multiple languages
