As a Virtual Webinar RN, your key responsibilities will include:- Participating in a comprehensive residency program, including preceptorship and continuing education opportunities
- Providing high-quality patient care in acute care settings, adhering to established standards and protocols
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices, research, and technologies through ongoing education and professional development
- Contributing to a culture of excellence, safety, and respect within our organization
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:- Expected graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Previous nurse extern, nurse tech, or other healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills
- Ability to multitask constantly, react to changes quickly and productively, and tolerate interruptions
- Remain flexible, organized, professional, and able to analyze, make sound decisions under stressful or crisis situations
