Job Description

As a Data Insights & Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and guide strategic decision-making across the company. You will work cross-functionally with leadership, product, marketing, and finance teams to deliver impactful analysis and provide actionable recommendations that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various business systems and sources.

• Design and develop dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights effectively.

• Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to support business objectives.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to identify analytics needs.

• Monitor KPIs and metrics to evaluate performance and spot trends or anomalies.

• Conduct ad hoc and exploratory analyses to support rapid business decisions.

• Apply statistical techniques and modeling where needed to support forecasts and hypotheses.

• Present findings in reports, presentations, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or strategic analytics.

• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).

• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.

• Self-starter with a remote work mindset and strong time management.
