Bilingual Medical Assistant (Remote) – Full Time Job

Vesta Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Bilingual Medical Assistant to join our clinical support team. This fully remote, full-time role is designed for experienced professionals who are fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about improving care delivery for seniors and vulnerable populations. Compensation starts at $30 per hour.

Job Description:

As a Bilingual Medical Assistant, you will provide virtual clinical support to patients and providers, acting as a key liaison between members, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You’ll assist with care coordination, virtual assessments, data entry, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate and timely health documentation within our digital care platform.

Requirements:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentials.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal).

• 1–2 years of clinical or patient-facing experience.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.

• Strong communication, organization, and empathy skills.

• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

• High-speed internet and a secure, quiet workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual check-ins and clinical assessments.

• Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and care coordination.

• Update and manage electronic health records accurately.

• Communicate with patients and caregivers in both English and Spanish.

• Monitor patient concerns and escalate urgent matters as needed.

• Support nurse practitioners and physicians during remote consultations.

• Provide education and instructions related to care plans or medications.
