Concentrix is seeking an experienced Director, Sales, Financial Crime & Compliance to lead our Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) practice in the US market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market penetration, and adoption of our FCC solutions. Job Summary

This is a remote opportunity that can be performed anywhere in the United States of America, including Ohio. As a Director, Sales, Financial Crime & Compliance, you will be responsible for building and managing a healthy sales pipeline, driving revenue growth, and achieving market penetration for Concentrix within the US market. You will work closely with sales representatives, solutions architects, sales engineers, and partners to engage with large enterprises at the CXO level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive revenue growth and market penetration
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress towards quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Collaborate with sales executives in other Concentrix business units to extend reach and drive adoption of FCC solutions
  • Manage contract negotiations with internal stakeholders and external clients
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Travel moderately (approximately 10-20% of the time)

Essential Qualifications

  • A minimum of 7 years of technology-related sales or business development experience with direct field experience selling complex transformational technology solutions to Fortune 500 companies
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or MIS (or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in the contact center industry with in-depth knowledge of financial crime and compliance markets
  • Consultative selling experience and proven successful experience in closing complex software solutions
  • Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills, with exceptional negotiation capabilities
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a results-oriented mindset and exemplary interpersonal and communication talents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with AI and machine learning technologies in the context of financial crime and compliance
  • Knowledge of regulatory reforms and trends in the financial services industry
  • Experience working with large enterprises and CXO-level executives
