• Act as a liaison to ensure effective communication between business and technology teams.
• Participate in systems and acceptance testing.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fundamental knowledge of information security and risk mitigation principles, theories, and methods (preferred).
• Experience or exposure to Proofpoint PhishAlarm (preferred).
• Experience or knowledge of ServiceNow Administration, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) (preferred).
• Basic understanding of business analysis, process modeling, and improvement (preferred).
• Major comprehension of project management methodologies, including the ability to plan, manage, and maintain a complex, organization-wide program (preferred).
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with all levels within the organization.
• Fundamental knowledge of technical environments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies (preferred).
• Coursework or experience related to Cybersecurity (preferred).
• Capacity to remain organized and manage multiple and simultaneous projects under tight deadlines.
• Previous analyst entry-level position experience within the last year (preferred).
• Experience solving business problems in a capstone or case competition (preferred).
