By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you\'ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for children and adults in the Crewe area during the day and night. In your role, you will provide essential, person-centred care to our service users. This includes helping them engage in their favourite hobbies and activities, such as arts and crafts, outdoor play, and educational games for the younger ones. You\'ll also support their bedtime routines, offering companionship, staying attentive and responsive, and tending to their care needs as they arise. - Full Time & Part Time Days & Nights
- Shifts ranging from 4 to 12-hour durations
- Alternate weekend availability is required.
- 3 months previous care experience

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently
