Data Analytics Student Success Manager

The Role: Student Success Manager (Part-Time Hourly) As a Student Success Manager for the Data Analytics program at Coding Temple, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our learners throughout their journey. You will address technical, systems, and access inquiries, provide clarity on program policies, and coach students 1:1 to ensure steady progress. Your ability to simplify complex topics, foster engagement, and deliver after-hours and weekend support will be essential to student success. Responsibilities: • Provide 24/7 technical, systems, and access support to students. • Address questions regarding program terms, conditions, and policies. • Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to help students overcome challenges and stay on track. • Deliver after-hours and weekend assistance to ensure consistent progress. • Foster engagement by monitoring student progress and maintaining consistent communication. Qualifications: • Expertise in Python, data manipulation, and machine learning. • Strong understanding of data analytics principles. • Ability to simplify complex technical topics for beginner learners. • Passion for helping students succeed in academic and technical settings. • Effective communication, organizational, and time-management skills. • Prior experience in coaching, student support, or customer service is a plus.
