What You Will be Doing

• Continuously review answers from our AI Chatbot and train it with updated information to improve answer accuracy.
• Work to implement AI Insights project, our internal AI service to generate and provide valuable key information for the business.
• Train a custom OPSWAT GPT Model for enhanced customer service experience.
• Use AI Forecast models to forecast business growth and provide guidance for the department.
• Analytics-on-demand project, leveraging AI to determine chart type and write query to get data.

What You Will Learn

• Generative AI technologies, especially LLMs and how to leverage it for an enterprise environment.
• Skill to train custom GPT models.
• Chatbot design and logic.
• Learn more about cybersecurity topics.

What We Need from You

• Knowledge of LLM, RAG and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge or experiencing in training custom GPT models.
• Ability to follow-up on tasks given from end-to-end with little supervision.
• Familiar with Python and node.js to integrate AI solutions.
• Very good English proficiency (reading & writing).

It Would be Nice if You Had

• Good English communication skills and people skills.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity.
• Knowledge or experience working with cloud platforms like AWS.
• Analytics skills using Power BI or Tableau.
• Good learning ability and enthusiasm in technology.
