Senior Agency Success Manager - SEM

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with personal lines experience, with the drive & desire to make significant contributions to the success of SageSure by working directly with producers to grow revenue, build loyalty, and keep the pulse on the markets in which they operate. They accomplish all of this by working mostly remotely via phone and video conference.
They need to have deep experience working in the insurance space managing accounts remotely helping them grow revenue and navigate challenges. They are creative, collaborative, and have strong sales skills. Candidate must be comfortable working independently and yet must work in partnership with others in support of state & regional revenue/profit targets.
What you’d be doing
- Demonstrate exceptional sales acumen & ability to engage producers & achieve Sales goals via remote interactions
- Build revenue and deepen relationships within assigned accounts
- Master in articulating our niche & easily able to formulate a sales proposition for producers in a conversational and convincing manner
- Influence outcomes
- Able to create call scripts and engage producers through phone calls, emails, and video
- Participates in tradeshows, and industry events, including some travel in support of goals
- Work closely with Marketing Managers, Sales Managers, and GTM Leads in support of state strategy.
- Collaborate on activities to enhance SageSure’s position within the Agency.
- Weekly tracking and reporting against agreed upon Sales & Marketing campaigns.
We’re looking for someone who has
- 5 years personal lines insurance experience (Sales, Service, Underwriting or Agency)
- Ability to gain expert-level understanding of Agent Portal, Quoting, Underwriting Guidelines, and Policy Services support information
- Solid Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel & Word
- Ability to work independently, with business acumen to address workload and plan accordingly to prioritize activities to meet multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Account management experience in a remote environment
Highly Preferred
- P/C License preferred
- Professional designation preferred
- Experience working in Salesforce CRM
